Amy Flynn's "Fobots" - Found Object Robots - start with authentic, vintage parts that she sources from flea markets, antique malls, and auctions. Amy lays out her finds on a large, composing table, mixing and matching the elements, until they look just right. She then bolts and solders the pieces together to create her one-of-a-kind sculptures. All "Fobots" come with a tag that elaborates the components that have gone into creating it, along with its own name, number, and date of birth. Just like the Tin Man, all "Fobots" have a heart inside of it. "Fobots" are not functional, they are not toys, and they definitely will not go on a rampage while you sleep!
